I'm located at 1489 Wilmington Pike in West Chester, I offer home/office sessions or you can come to my facility. If you're juggling a busy schedule, I can bring the fitness training right to you!
This is 1-on-1 personal fitness. Unlike other diets and gym memb
erships, our focus is on your success, there's no waiting around for machines or free space, wondering what to do next, or steppingaround staff and other members. This is your hour. I teach safety, proper form, and the most effective way to get the results you want. I'll coach and ensure the best technique, and operation
Nutrition is also very important in any training program. I will get you set up with a solid meal plan along with your workouts to ensure success.
